Yes. Trading in used software is permitted within the EU (Sec. 69c No. 3 German Copyright Act, CJEU judgment C-128/11 „UsedSoft"). Every pre-owned licence is supplied with a complete chain of title, so you can prove its origin at any time.Ja. None in terms of functionality or manufacturer term. A pre-owned licence comes from verified prior ownership and has been legally transferred; a first-hand licence is activated for the first time. Refurbished hardware is professionally reconditioned and function-tested. We supply grades A+ (no visible signs of use) and A (isolated minimal marks on the chassis) only. Both grades pass identical technical testing — the grading is purely cosmetic.Refurbished-Hardware ist professionell aufbereitet und funktionsgetestet. Wir führen ausschließlich die Klassen A+ (keine sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren) und A (vereinzelte minimale Spuren am Gehäuse). Refurbished hardware comes with a 12-month warranty; 24 or 36 months are available for a surcharge. New systems carry the manufacturer warranty. Consumers may withdraw from hardware orders within 14 days. For digital licences the right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly agreed to immediate provision — you confirm this during checkout.
